Our Price Match Promise

At The Pleasure Room, we believe pleasure shouldn’t come with a premium. If you spot one of our goodies cheaper somewhere else, we’ll do our best to match it — because we like to keep things fair and fun.

What Qualifies

We’ll happily price match when:

It’s the exact same product — same brand, model, size, and all the juicy details.
The product is in stock and ready to ship from another Australian retailer (no sneaky overseas sites).
The competitor’s price includes GST and is listed in AUD.
The product is brand new, not clearance or end-of-line stock.

What Doesn’t Count

We can’t match prices from:

Marketplaces or auction sites (sorry eBay, Amazon, and your mate selling from their garage).
Flash sales, discount codes, or bundle offers.
Stores with temporary or error-based pricing.
Retailers outside Australia.

How to Request

It’s super easy:

Send us a quick email at info@thepleasureroom.com.au or message us through our site.
Include the link to the identical product and the competitor’s price.
We’ll review it faster than you can say add to cart.

Just a heads up — price matches must be approved before you make your purchase, not after checkout.

The Fine Print

We match the product price only (shipping not included).
We reserve the right to verify prices and decline requests that don’t meet the criteria.
We need to see a fair deal for all, so on a deal we can't meet, we may just throw a counter price back at you. There's no pleasure in someone losing out.
Our Price Match Promise can be updated or withdrawn at any time — but we’ll always aim to keep things fair.
