Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on toys, lingerie, or personal items unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not working as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thepleasureroom.com.au. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
To assist us, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo or video showing the fault

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on adult toys, lingerie, or personal care products.
