Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before being dispatched from fulfilment centres located in Victoria, Australia.

Shipping Times & Rates
FREE Australia wide shipping on orders $100 and over and flat rate Australia wide shipping of $15 on orders under $100. Shipping times can vary based on your location 

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, unexpected delays (such as carrier disruptions or public holidays) can occasionally occur. If there’s ever an issue with your order, reach out to our customer service team—we’re here to help.
